Hey Mansi.

See the application for JEE MAINS April session is to be filled separately only but with the application no of the JAN session.

See but the credentials or the information u have filled about yourself must be same as that of the previous session as that might get u in trouble if u Haven't filled the same one.

I have sent mail asking nta about this they told me that "new application form will be rejected and jee main 2019 (jan) will be retained in jee main 2019 (april) , so can I lose my candidature

See ur April form will get rejected but since u are having ur Jan application no....u can go for the exam. As NTA has replied u clearly about it and u cannot lose ur candidature.
