Fillling the CAT form makes you eligible for all IIMs and you doesn't need to apply separately for any of them.

Now you need to apply for colleges for colleges like MDI, FMS, IMI, IMT, SP JAIN, XIMB etc as per your choice. Most of the application forms are now open or will be available in coming days. You need to go to the website of respective institution and fill their forms separately.

For colleges including all IITs and NITIE forms will be available after CAT results are declared.

While you are filling the CAT form, you are required to fill in your prefered institutes along with the interview city. You will get calls from these selected institutes, provided you have cleared their cutoffs.

For institutes and colleges other than IIMs, you need to fill their forms separately. They usually open by end of December, or after your CAT exams. Keep checking their websites at regular intervals. They might also have their own separate set of criteria. Keep an eye for that too.
