I have got 96.67% in CAT, now do I have to apply in different IIMs again for any or is it already covered in CAT application process?

Firstly, congratulations for Scoring a really good score in CAT. And, there's no need to apply for IIMs as it was already covered when you filled the application form of CAT. Just wait for them to call you for GDPIs. All the best. :-)
