1. Check Your Application Status:

• Log in to your VITEEE application portal using your registered credentials.

• Double-check if there is any specific message or notification about the photo and signature upload.

• Verify the status of your application to ensure the form is not pending any other details.

2. Upload the Photo and Signature:

• Ensure that the photo and signature are in the correct format and size . Usually, the required size and format are:

  • Photo : JPEG format, 10KB to 200KB.

  • Signature : JPEG format, 10KB to 200KB.

• If you're facing issues uploading them, make sure your internet connection is stable.

• Clear any cache and cookies in your browser or try using a different browser.

3. Re-upload :

• Go back to the application section where you are asked to upload the documents. Select Choose File and select the required image files (photo and signature).

• After uploading, click on Submit again.

4. Contact VIT Help Desk:

If the issue persists and you're unable to upload your documents, it’s best to reach out to the VITEEE support team for assistance. They can guide you through any technical issues or even help resolve any discrepancies related to your application.
