Verify the status of your application to ensure the form is not pending any other details.
Ensure that the photo and signature are in the correct format and size . Usually, the required size and format are:
Photo : JPEG format, 10KB to 200KB.
Signature : JPEG format, 10KB to 200KB.
If you're facing issues uploading them, make sure your internet connection is stable.
Clear any cache and cookies in your browser or try using a different browser.
Go back to the application section where you are asked to upload the documents. Select Choose File and select the required image files (photo and signature).
After uploading, click on Submit again.
