Yes it might cause problem as your form may not get verified also it may cause problem in getting admission and even after admission you might get caught due to wrong roll number, sometimes a correction window is offered for some time by the jee advanced for some time to get wrong details corrected but you should not wait for it unless you have information that the correction window will be opened you should immediately contact jee advanced through mail or helpline and they will tell you procedure for correction.
