According to you your state has been missfilled by you in the NEET application this may cause a real problem at the time of counselling but it will not cause any change in your rank. The best thing you can do is at the time of counselling you can apply to your real state in the state counselling Portal and you can ask for the officials that you can change your state which you have had filled wrong .

Well though it should not be a much bigger problem as many people also fills wrong details in their application form but the government  does not want to waste a year of the students so changes are allowed in the counselling time also.
