If you have given either your class 10 or 12 examination from uttar Pradesh and have a minimum of 8 years of residency in uttar Pradesh then you can avail the state quota 85% seats of uttar Pradesh for NEET UG however if you do not have the deposit amount you will not be able to of for it and you will have to go for the state from which you have given your class 12 examination we should be Delhi although in your case uttar Pradesh would be the most viable option if you have a domicile of a minimum of 8 years there
