• Go to this Website: http://egov.wbcomtax.gov.in/e_Service_STDS/uid.do
• Click on Generate User ID and Password.
• Enter Your Enrollment Number.
• Select Password Hint and Enter the Password Hint.
• Click on Generate.

Now your New User ID is Generated.
