Yes, you're eligible to get admission into NIT as you're from OBC category and scored 94.64 percentile. At this percentile you're eligible to get admission into lower NIT or in some good NITs but you might not get your desired branch(if it's among most demanded branches such as CS or IT).

However you are from OBC category so your chances of getting NIT are high.
