Hi,

According to me you are eligible for jee advance after passing your class 12 boards,even after having gap after passing your 10th class.Because accrding to the rules ,they consider the attempt with reference to 12th boards only.The gap doesnt matter between 10th and 12th.It only depends on 12th because in jee advance only 2 attempts are allowed ,i.e.,one during 12th and other one in next consecutive year.
