As per the NEET eligibility criteria, there is no such eligibility restrictions regarding the gap year. So if you are a student of 10+2 having Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects and if you have scored at least 50% marks in aggregate, then you are eligible for the NEET examination. So if you have a gap year then also you are eligible provided you must have satisfied the PCB criteria.

Yes you are absolutely eligible for the NEET exam if you have one year gap between you 11th and 12th class. No need to worry about that.
