Sorry to say that you cannot get seat in pesu Bangalore as the cutoff is very high for structural engineering .
For general it's 4700 closing for OBC it's 8600 .
Assuming you are OBC even then you can't get an Mtech seat .
You can try other Bangalore colleges.
