Sorry but you have missed the chance. The registration process is over and was closed by the authorities on 12th march.
There was a lot of time provided to complete the registration. As such now there is no option of proceeding for final registration. You will have to wait till the next year applications now.
Incase you wish, you can apply for JIPMER UG. The application forms are available on the official website.
