It depends. Do you have the intelligence and willpower to put thousands of hours into studying and clearing 10+ exams?
Because if you can't, like most people, then stop reading now.
However, if you are willing to sacrifice your personal time and resources (exams are not cheap), then go ahead.
All govt colleges are good and cheap.
