It is possible to edit your marks on the application portal on the website of the university when the option is available. Anyways, it is fine if you mention CGPA instead of percentage. The authorities can calculate on their own. If there is a mention of "total marks", then write 10 there. And in the percentage section, you can write "CGPA ____" instead of "__%" .
