You can go for NEET exam as Code 7 will be the NEET qualifying code for candidates from overseas course like IB EXAM .The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) will decide whether a given course is equivalent to Class 12 boards. if you are capable of going through MANAGEMENT QUOTA and you can afford it you need to qualify with minimum marks only

SO at least qualify to get admission through management quota or abroad.
