Hey Anku! No you are not eligible according to my understanding of eligibility criteria a candidates can attempt examination at most two times in two consecutive years. That means if you have appeared in 2018 than you are can only appear in 2019. You have atmost two attempts. Candidates should have qualified the Class XII Board Examination (or equivalent) in the previous year. You can't wait for long preparing for examination.
