You can fill the application form for revaluation online through your laptop or computer.
Firstly you have to download the form from the official website of JKBOSE.
fill the form completely as incomplete forms may result to be cancellation of the form.
Pay the required fee for re-evaluation through Challans to JK Bank branches.
Submit the application form online and take out a print also for further future references.
Fee for re-evaluation for each Subject - Rs. 390/-
For Xerox of your copy - Rs. 200/- for each subject
(fee is according to 2018 data).
