Hello Ankit,
Yes you can attempt JEE Mains in 2019 but your certificate must be updated before prescribed date by IIT. At the time of admission, you have to submit all the documents duly complete before certain date. If you fail to produce your 10+2 marksheet, you will be not eligible for admission.

What to fill in academic details section in jee mains form if I'm going to appear for the compartment exam 2019

Yes you are eligible However you need to clear compartment exam as well and must neetvall Other criterias specified with respect to age.
