Don't need to worry Anusha the given incorrect date of birth, not a big issue you may have a chance that you may correct your date of birth in recheck your form and you may search for recheck date then you may easily change your date. Then you are careful that is a late time you recorrect your form. Or you may apply for correction your hall ticket.
