Hello Dear

No dear, you don't need to loose the hope for having that much of range of score . If in Physics you are not able to fetch the good score then still there are many topics in the Physics range via which you can get the sufficient amount of marks and they are easy and scoring as well like
  • Gravitation
  • Ray Optics
  • Wave Optics
  • Photoelectric effect
  • Semiconductors.
These are few through which you can get the more number of marks in the field of Physics .

All the best

hello  surovi,

It might be possible that you can score 120 excluding physics only and only if you have a very good command on both the other subjects.

But an upper hand in physics can get you a better score. Not only is it the hardest subject out there , it is also one of the most unfocused and neglected topic among most students.

Here are the chapters that will put your momentum in higher velocity.

Modern Physics.

This is by far and wide the easiest part in physics and sometimes appears with as much as 10 questions in a single paper. Do not neglect this part.

Electrostatics and Current electricity.

There is no need to fear from the latter. Electrostatics requires you to atleast perform the derivations once yourself. That is the best way to learn formulas.

Current electricity is a momentum pushing chapter. Practice it to get the three questions right.

Rotational Motion , Circular Motion and Newton's laws of motions. These chapters are horrid like lose motions.

These three chapters are quite similar and always have those multi-concept questions which require you to balance forces in rotational motions or calculate MI or balance the energy.

Thermodynamics.

Yes. Hands down a lot of practice.

Wave motion and stationary waves.

Again related chapters with multi-concept questions.

If you want you can neglect gravitational motion , Surface tension , Sound but do not skip Light and Optics. Five to six questions per year.

Chemistry.

Score boosting subject.

Organic Chemistry.

To get the ahead in the competitive edge prepare this part as hard as you can. Five chapters in this topic can jump more than or as much as forty marks which may boost you rank by thousands.
