Dont plan from now itself for repeating the year. The repeat year decision is quite big and it also consumes a year of your life. Now, moving on to your marks, I think that you still have chances to get DJ Sanghvi EXTC. The admissions in MHTCET are done purely on the basis of percentile scored. However, predicting MHTCET percentile on this basis is very difficult as it depends on various factors such as shift and subjectwise difficulty, number of students appearing for the shift, etc. Even then, I estimate that your percentile would be around 90-96 percentile on the previous years marks vs percentile analysis. With this percentile, you have good chances to secure admissions in the top colleges. If you look at previous year cut offs of DJSCE EXTC, Ladies open is around 94-96 percentile. Also, you can try for the Institutional round of the college later where I think you have high chances of securing admission.

Do not lose hope and keep trying until you get the college or the admission process is over and then decide whether to repeat or not.
