Seriously, you have 52000 rank in JEE Mains, just go for it, you can get many better colleges in JEE Mains counselling atleast in 6th and 7th round and also in Spot round. Don't think about comedk as it will be hard for you to get good colleges in COMEDK since your rank is 13k, so you have to settle for average colleges in Comedk. Just go with JoSAA JEE MAIN counselling.
