You have score quite low in NEET exam.
You can only stand a chance if you have any reservation or you are from backward class, otherwise you cant do anything.
So, dont hope for taking admission through NEET examination.

Sorry but 119 marks in neet 2019 are very low and I'm afraid you can't get any college. This year cutoff has increased and there were many students enrolled for the exam, 119 marks are very low, you can't fetch any medical seat.

It's too less brother. With easiness of the paper, increased number of aspirants , and overall increased competition, this marks not gonna land you up anywhere. It's way difficult. 

You can go for other courses as per your wish like BSc or Pharmacy etc. Or you want to be a doctor , only, then Repeat (Drop) isn't a bad choice.
