Basically mock seat allotment is done so that the students can get a rough idea that which branch or which college they might get in josaa main round counselling in order of their filled choices.

Also note that this mock seat allotment is not always correct. Because it is purely on approximate basis. That means it is not 100 % correct. The actual results may vary in josaa main round counselling.
It is also possible that even if you got seat in mock seat allotment, you cannot get the same seat in josaa main round counseling.

But as you have got seat in mock seat allotment then the probability is high that you will get that particular seat in josaa main round counselling. But it's probability is not 1.

Last year for gender neutral st candidates the cutoff closing rank for home state candidate in metallurgical branch for nit trichy was closed in round 3 counseling with closing rank of 14960 (from home state quota ). And this closing rank remained same till 7th round.

But for female only candidates of st category had faced a closing rank of 7587 (from home state quota) for metallurgical and materials engineering and this closing ranks remained same till 7th round counseling.

So, as you have secured 11959 st rank, then there is a high probability that you can get metallurgical and materials engineering branch in nit trichy as you got allotted this seat in mock seat allotment.
But as per seeing last year trend the chances are low for you to get seat (as your name suggest that you are female). Also this year the cutoff have been increased for category ones. So, there might be a chance that you can get this branch in nit trichy before 5th round counselling.
