It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors and it also varies state to state. BAMS admission will be through the state counselling authorities on the basis of NEET Score.

With this score the chances seems less to get a seat in Government colleges but you can try for private colleges, It can also varies college to college.

I would suggest you be well prepared for the exam to get a decent score in NEET.
