Hi there,

The first cut-off list has been released check through the link below:

https://ipuadmissions.nic.in/publicinfo/Public/View.aspx?page=80

Getting admission through counseling depends whether you from Delhi or outside Delhi. If you are from Delhi you might have a chance but not in initial rounds of counseling. Be patient wait.
