You can take management seat is any of the deemed universities or any college in Karnataka.
The only need for management seat is amount of money a person is willing to pay.

COMEDK is a state level exam conducted by Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for admission to B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch courses. This year, COMEDK UGET 2019 was scheduled for May 12 in online (computer-based) mode. 

The application filling form date for COMEDK was 21 April which has already passed, do now you cant apply for it.
