thanks for asking your query as per your rank and performance in bcece 2019 you could get seat in both bsc agricultural or bpharma .For bsc you could get colleges in sarahsa,purnea etc and for bpharma there are many colleges available ,therefore i would suggest you to attend the counselling.

This year the cut off rank in BCECE for EBC category in PCB group is 449. You have a good rank to take admission. You can get good colleges for B.Sc. Agriculture like BPS Agriculture Purnea, BAC Sabour, MBAC Saharsa etc. And for B.Pharma you can opt for MIT Muzaffarpur, GPI Gulzarbagh etc.

First of all congrats for your results.You have chances for both agricultural or pharmacy college based upon your EBC category rank of 167.Now it all depends on the cutoff which are yet to be released.You may have to wait for seat allotment till the second or third round.There are many facors whch influence the cutoffs.But you don't worry as you will easily get admission in govt. institutes.

I would suggest you to apply for more of the government colleges othet than the private colleges.
