I am sorry to say but your score isn't enough to fetch you a government BAMS college in UP .If you are interested you can go for private BAMS college as the course fee isn't very high (approx 2.5 lakhs).But the best thing that I would suggest you is to prepare well and reappear in NEET the next year .
