As far as last year merit list is concerned, the last all India rank for which government medical College alloted was around 10300-10400 AIR.

I would like to suggest you to sit for state counselling as well because there your chances of getting a government medical college might increase. In state 85% state quota seats are there which can act as a upper hand for you.
