I'm really sorry to tell you, by with the general rank of 19723, you are not likely to get through with the admissions in CSE branch ,in Academy of technology. If we go by the recent trends in the cut offs there hasn't been such high cut off rank in the past 6-7 years. Although you can hope for the best as cut offs tend to vary every year.
