I think the rank 201516 is very high and i think thatyou are not qualified for JEE Advanced. Try any local colleges or any other private universities if you have applied.

If you are intrested in private universities join in it or if you have written any other state exams try those or else if you want to take long term go for it.

As you have secured a non-eligible rank for jee hence you can either opt for taking admissions in the top private engineering colleges like BITS, VIT, etc by giving their separate entrance tests or you can rather opt for taking a dropout and take coaching in coaching classes and reappear jee with full confidence(mostly preferred case if you have the patience ).
