thanks for asking your query as per your performance and category rank in jee mains 2019 you may not get seat in any government college through the counselling of josaa therefore i would suggest you to look of other good private engineering colleges with nice placement.

It is quite tough to tell if you could get a seat in special rounds. It totally depends on the students applying for csab. Your rank is not good, so it might be quite hartd ti get a seat. But if you think you have a chamce they can apply for norgth eastern states nits, srinagar nit etc., based on previous years trends.

With this rank it is extremely difficult for you to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs and at the very best you can get admission in some GFTI or in any north-east NIT because of home state quota otherwise you wont get any seat and you should try for other private and governments colleges apart from these. Hope this helps.
