Sorry to say but 242 is a very low score for an OBC candidate to get government seat in medical college.OBC candidate must score 530 and above marks to get a government seat through All India Quota and even state level quota.You can get private medical college's with this score whose fees will be definitely high as compared to government and semi government colleges.
