With a score of 243, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 261 was required to fetch one a seat in the Karwar institute of medical sciences in SC category under the state quota and the corresponding air rank was around 2,39,000.
