You have good chances for SPA Vijawada campus near andhra pradesh region under OBC PWD category.
You can also go for SPA delhi and MNIT Bhopal, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Raipur and NIT Patna.
Some private colleges where you have 100% chances are :

Punjab Technical University Jalandhar
ICL institute of architecture Amabala
Dehradun institute of technology.
