As you have mentioned that you neet 2019 score is 266 marks which i guess is too less to fetch any seat in government colleges for bams.You haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, let me telk you that the cutoff for this year to get a government college for medical and dental courses is about 490+ marks.
With 266 marks, it is not possible for you to get neither government nor Private Medical College FOR BAMS.
You should either switch to other course option or drop for one more year to score enough marks to get a good medical college for BAMS.
