No administrative or political pressure works. And this mounts for legal action too and you might be suspended for the rest of your Academic life. No. The only way to get a seat is to attend the counselling. You will have to apply for UP NEET counselling and try to attend all the rounds including the mop-up round. There is no other way to get a seat a seat in MBBS or BDS in state counselling as all the seats are allocated in a very well defined way.
