Hello,
Since you have not mentioned your category here, this query would be answered by considering general merit category here. With a rank of 28k, according to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK, you can get CSE at Bangalore Technological Institute. You can also get CSE at Dayanand Sagar University, Don Bosco Institute of Technology. Similarly, you can get a CSE seat at many other colleges too.
