As we all know that national institute of technology are one of the most prestigious and promising institute in india sso their cutoff is super high and if 3000 would be your general rank then you might have got computer science branch in top national institute of technology like suratkal or warangal but as it is your sc category rank so for cse there cutoff is high enough so you might get computer science branch in some lower nits like the one in northeast . Mizoram , shillong etc .
