BITS Goa is great. Placements are also awsome .
But do see you dont get CS , after you 1st year CGPA braches are alloted . Cutoff for CS is around 8 .

Please do not choose your branch placement wise . If you want EEE go for dtu if you want to look out for your interest and then choose branch go for BITS Pilani.

I had again advise you , check your interest . College does not guarantee placements . It is you who have to perform . Rest apart , BITS Goa is your answer . But it depends on your branch . You can pm me on fb .

BITS Goa is great but if you choose to stay in Delhi your living cost will get reduced plus they are Government college so fees is also less.And many MNC's had Head Office in Delhi only so you will be getting more job opportunities.
