When you are notified for the ineligibilty for round 1 they have specified the reason also. Check the mail or message through which they conveyed you the  message. There might be some mistake or any malpractice they have detected for which they notified you.

If you have the doubt then ask to the concerned person they can help you out in an precise way. Contact them and ask for the cause for doing so.
