Hi Veeresh,
With a marks of 348/720 it isn't advisable to go for Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga as their cut-offs probably won't reach the range your marks are in, looking at the cutoff from the last year. Although you might try your luck in the following colleges under 85% State Quota in Karnataka:
Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi
ESIC Medical College, Gulbarga
Chamarajanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Chamarajanagar
These colleges have shown cutoffs reaching your range of marks.
