you did not mention which of the entrance test you have applied , however 35 percentile is quite low to secure a tier 1 Institute in India. but you may go for management quota or may join tier 3 colleges. however before admission consult about the college, gather necessary Information like infrastructure, faculty students ration, placement records etc.
