According to previous year's cutoff, the closing rank for CSE in RVCE Bangalore was 574 and that in PESIT Bangalore was 2387.
Since you have 3544 rank, you cannot get a seat in CS.
However, you can get branches like:-
In RV : Civil
In PES : Civil, ME
