Dear Veer, In 2018, under State Quota for General Category,

Government Medical College, Haldwani had a cut off of 494 marks.

VCSG Institute of Medical Science had a cutt of 455 marks

Government Doon Medical College had a cut off for 483 marks.

In Private Medical Colleges:

Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute had a cut off of 367

Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences had a cut off of 358


To be honest, 360 is a very less score.
Though cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of candidates apeparing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam you have a weak chance of getting a medical seat in any of these Government/Private Medical Colleges. But you may have a bleak chance in Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences based on their previous cut off.
