I have got 374 marks in neet UG 2019 general category. Can I get any private medical collage.

I assume you beling to general category as you have not mwntioned.
With these marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota. But, you can opt for private colleges through state quota which you might get depending upon the state you are in.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
