As you know the competition for government medical colleges is intense these days. So is the case in Jharkhand. Hence, the cutoffs of every government collfes lies above 550 mark for admission.

As you have scored 380 marks, you won't be able to get any government college for your further studies. You can either go for private colleges or come back hard next year
