Hello Greeshma, Unfortunately, you can't get any seat if we consider the 2018 closing rank cutoffs. In 2018 the last admitted OBC category student under home state quota had a rank of 134520 in Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur. Moreover, this year's cutoff is bound to decrease, so I don't think you will get a seat. But, I would suggest you apply and try your luck.
